Jay Dyer always available and great customer service. Called Jay about low battery issue on my key fobs and getting front bumper repaired/painted from debris thrown up by another car while on vacation. Since I only had the car for 1.5 years, Jay said to bring in key fobs and he would replace batteries. He had batteries replaced and then took me up to body shop to get a estimate. I just can't say enough about how Jay has handled all my concerns that have come up since my 2015 RX350 purchase from Jay. He is truly a special person and makes buying a vehicle so painless.
