I simply rode with my wife to pick up a car she bought from Johnson Lexus,and was so impressed with her experience,that I returned three weeks later and bought a Lexus RC 200t myself. The salesperson,Roy Twisdale was very professional and knowledgeable and made the buying experience a total pleasure,The finance team of Jessica Harris and Braden Wilkerson were excellent in their role,and finally,the product specialist just simply,did one helluva job! I immediately noticed the no smoking signs and Personally I also really appreciate the non smoking environment. We were lucky enough to have Tim Lyons as our sales representative. Tim took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took the time to get to know us so he could make the best recommendations on the best fit for us. I really appreciated the smooth process and ease of purchase. I also never felt pressured to buy. They had us in and out of the dealership quickly. We loved that we were taken directly to the car to learn about the features and get the car set up for us. The finance department was prepared with our paperwork and had everything ready for us the easiest transaction I have ever had buying a car. The day after my purchase I stopped by with a question (on a busy Saturday) Tim quickly greeted me, helped me, took the time to go over what I needed and got me on my way. Since our purchase Tim followed up to make sure I received my registration and make sure I was still happy with my purchase. This is something we have never had a dealership do before but was very appreciated. I actually just received a birthday card and happy birthday email as well and both were personalized.
