Easily the best car buying experience found a pre-owned vehicle on Carguru's at 11 pm on Tuesday nighy, sent an email to see if it was still available and was contacted the next morning b found a pre-owned vehicle on Carguru's at 11 pm on Tuesday nighy, sent an email to see if it was still available and was contacted the next morning by my salesman, Travis Howard. I sent him some pictures of my trade (I live out of town) and he sent me an agreeable number for it without any need for negotiation. When I got to the dealership, Travis had the vehicle ready to go and although I was nit picking the crap out of a few cosmetic issues, Travis was very patient and promised in a "We Owe" to fix the majority of them. Greg came out to see what reservations I had about the vehicle and talked me through them without applying any pressure tactics. Jessica, the finance officer was equally as professional, very efficient and didn't pressure me to finance through them. It was easily quickest I've ever bought a car and I will absolutely use them again. Travis is a phenomenal salesman and I highly recommend him and the rest of the Johnson Lexus team! More

Roy catered to all my needs and continuously communicated with me to help with this stressful car search. For example, Roy knew that my work schedule was conflicting with this process,therefore, he offered an extended test drive,he made himself available for my mechanic to evaluate the vehicle and if he wasn't available he had others at Johnson Lexus assist me. Even his co-workers provided superb customer service and I truly appreciate it. All of the used vehicles I researched at Johnson Lexus were in outstanding condition.
