Gavin And James were quick to respond with the info I needed on the two vehicles I had short listed including the finalizing the price on each of them. They were extremely patient with us when we canceled our appointment at the last minute, even though the deadline (end of the month) was fast approaching. On the last day of the month we were at the showroom, Gavin was with us all the time patiently answering all the questions. He had the two vehicles ready to show, took us out for test drives.
