My First Lexus experience I had 2 cars go out in 1 week. The first car was a commuter car so I bought a Honda Civic for the gas mileage and the experience at the dealership wa I had 2 cars go out in 1 week. The first car was a commuter car so I bought a Honda Civic for the gas mileage and the experience at the dealership was just ok. The second vehicle was for my wife and we hadn’t bought a car for a long time (2001). That dealership and salesman made me feel welcome and not pressured. The car is very nice but the people made it special. Now that I know Lexus has cars that do around 40 miles to he gallon I will more than likely trade that civic in and get another Lexus. I feel like we really connected and I love all the perks and warranty. More

Sergio was extremely helpful and sincere, and he really tried hard to get us a price that was very competitive. When we told him and the financing manager that we had to leave to pick up our child, they sped up the process and did not push us to buy any additional package that we didn't think we need. The car was in great condition and I enjoyed driving it back home. There's one thing I'd also like to note. We have a six year old girl with developmental delays. She's not verbal but is a very happy child. While my husband worked with Sergio on the paperwork, she stayed in the lobby with me. A lot of people who worked there actually stopped and played with her, which made her so happy. We waited there for almost two hours but our girl was having a blast the whole time. It's amazing to see how friendly they were to our little girl and that really means a lot to us. Overall it has been a wonderful experience doing business here. :) More
