We were very satisfied with the Lexus 350 ES that we previously had and wanted another one just like it. My husband and I went to the Capital Blvd Raleigh NC Johnson Lexus and talked with Mr. Roy. He was so concerned about our desire and was very sincere and eager to help us find the car we wanted. He called and checked in on us everyday and did all he could to let us know he was working to find the car we wanted. Turns out Mr. Roy found the exact car we wanted but the bad news was it was at another dealership. This meant that he would lose the sale. He took himself out of the equation and put us "the customer" above himself. We ended up buying the used car from the other dealership and found a life long friend in the Lexus Family by the name of Mr. Roy! We have always from day one been sold on Lexus; but this has taken our faith, and dependability in The name Lexus to a whole new place! Lexus, you have someone in your business that represents what luxuary, confidence, dependability, and customer concern truly means and his name is Mr. Roy Twinsdale! They provided annindicative number for my trade and when I got there they honored the number they gave me. The car was ready to be picked up and there was no unnecessary waiting to complete the payment process nor was I pressured into a bunch of after sale packages like extended warranties etc. those options were explained and I was free to choose or not to choose them without pressure. The sales department worked with me to achieve the right vehicle at the right price. Very professional and pleasurable experience. More

This was our second experience working with Gavin Sherk and we found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking for a certified pre-owned 2017 ES300h and RX450h. Gavin very patiently searched for these particular models with the list of options that we were looking for, successfully finding the ES model. When the 2017 Hybrid RX proved to be elusive, Gavin worked to find us a new 2018 Hybrid RX and to get a reasonable deal close to what we had wanted to spend on a certified pre-owned. He made all the paperwork as painless as possible and seamlessly connected us with the other departments at Johnson Lexus needed to complete the sale. We would gladly work with Gavin again. More
