He is very professional, courteous, personable and committed to taking care of the customer from start to finish. He carefully establishes what you are looking for, provides all possible options and then he makes every effort to deliver beyond expectations. It was such a pleasurable experience the first time and believe it or not, it was even better the SECOND TIME AROUND!. This also is a reflection of the dealership. WOW!! I have to say WOW...just WOW. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Honestly, from past experience, I have HATED looking for cars, be I have to say WOW...just WOW. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Honestly, from past experience, I have HATED looking for cars, because I did not want to deal with the overly aggressive salesmen. Zack Gray was amazing from the start. He literally could answer any question we threw at him. He let us leave (which in the past some salesmen would barely let us leave actually event being partially in our car) and knew we were still looking for that perfect car for me. He texted and did not call which I prefer and said he had found the car we described we wanted and had could have it ready if we wished to come back. We came right back and he had it waiting up front ready to go. He offered to let me take it overnight or possibly change out cars at work the next day. I thought about it after I left (not test driving that night) and decided to have them bring it to me at work, which they did. It was very convenient and I loved that they made it easy for me to try it. I fell in LOVE with the car. It was pretty what I wanted and more. To make the story shorter, we chose one without quite as many options (but almost). They had to order the one I wanted in. Zack was on vacation the next week, but he still took the time to follow up with me on how the car arrival was coming, which I appreciated, because he did not have to call on his personal vacation, but chose to. He had an excellent team lined up to meet us when the car arrived. They had a welcoming note in the car on arrival with our names on it and a huge red bow. Some people may think this added touch isn't a big deal, but I can tell you, I truly felt special. Then they took the time to explain, patiently how to set up my care and use all of these new features. I LOVE this dealership and love my new car. A very classy, personal experience. More

Ariel from the insurance team was excellent in working with USAA. And Rhonda from funding actually kept it quick and easy. Borjan Bartula explained in detail how all the different components of the car worked and made them easy to understand. This expiriance probably was the second most memorable and could have gone negative if Borjan had not helped the new person out. Lexus may want to take a look at that new person to determine how motivated he is and if he knows that he will be the last experience the buyer gets. Borjan was incredible, but the other guy was a disaster. More

He didn't try to sell me a car that I didn't want the first time I contacted him in order to make the quick sale but after 3 weeks found the car that requested. I test drove the car, signed the paperwork and had about 2 hours of my time invested. I know all sales can't be this painless, but Tim made it happen! More
