We already owned two Lexus' and had been using Johnson Lexus for our service needs, so we were well area of their excellent service after the sale. What a recommendation!! We ended up buying a 2017 Lexus 350 from Travis. His knowledge of the car and it's performance was impressive but what impressed us more was his desire to make sure the car he sold us was right for us. After losing our cars and much of our home,, I called Tim to see about getting a replacement with the coverage received from our insurance. He was very kind and professional. He realized the scope and nature of the situation, asked me what I would like to replace my flooded GX 460 with and I said, I want another one! This is my 3rd Lexus GX 460. First in 2004, then 2014 and now 2018. Mr. Lyon made, what was hard for me to process at the time, a very simple process. Also, Mr. Lyon had it delivered to our hometown (great team for delivery and notarization of paperwork), 2 hours away, as I needed a car and couldn't leave our flooded home. Flood rentals are limited thus time was of the essence . A well received goody bag was included and much appreciated. Thank heavens for Tim Lyon and Johnson Lexus.
