The new standard From my first visit to scope out options to my purchasing visit a few days later, it was a top notch experience. My salesperson Sergio Escarcega was the best! He was responsive to my questions and connected me with others who gave even more detailed information. During the buying process when things could not go as lightening fast as I wanted, Sergio sat and kept me company . That may not sound like much but his role in the process was or could have been complete. Instead of doing other work, he kept me distracted enough that I kept my impatience at bay. The business manager, Jimmie Coleman was also excellent. He was so polite and very efficient with the pages and pages of documents involved in the process. There was another helpful person in the process whose name I've sadly forgotten. He was the technology person who walked me through some of the important safety and setup features on the vehicle and helped me get my phone connected. He also took my photo with the new car and the iconic red bow... These people along with the helpful and friendly front desk staff really made for a great experience. Their welcoming and helpful attitudes made the daunting and expensive experience of car buying so pleasant! I'd definitely go to Johnson Lexus again and recommend them to others! More

We did not feel hassled, he answered all of our questions, never rushed us and took his time with us. We ended up buying the Lexus RX350 and couldn’t be happier.
