I found my IS 250 C on the Lexus website but did not want to drive from Fredericksburg, Va to Raleigh. My sales/leasing consultant Travis Lamar Howard said they would deliver it at no cost and he would walk me though the whole process. He sent me every picture I asked for and answered all of my questions quickly this was a certified Lexus so I knew it wasn’t brand new so I asked ALOT of questions. The car was exactly as he described it. I can’t believe it isn’t brand new. I would recommended buying a Certified Lexus to anyone. Bethany Scott was great with the closing process and answered all of my questions. The financing was quick and easy. A five minute form on the dealership Website and within an hour I knew my payment and interest rate after they checked their finance sources. I ended up going with Lexus Financial and got a lower payment than I expected. The delivery folks George Buzas and Terri Pope were awesome. We finished up the paperwork then they took me through the manuals and then a tutorial in the car. They also put the plates I transferred on my car and programmed my garage door to work with the Lexus. In short it was a great experience from beginning to end and I would never hesitate to buy again from Johnson Lexus even over the Internet like this purchase. Bravo folks. More
