Tim Lyon Post Hurricane Florence total Loss of 2014 GX My experience of replacing my 2014 GX Lexus after total loss due to Hurricane Florence was amazing thanks to Tim Lyon. After losing our cars and much My experience of replacing my 2014 GX Lexus after total loss due to Hurricane Florence was amazing thanks to Tim Lyon. After losing our cars and much of our home,, I called Tim to see about getting a replacement with the coverage received from our insurance. He was very kind and professional. He realized the scope and nature of the situation, asked me what I would like to replace my flooded GX 460 with and I said, I want another one! This is my 3rd Lexus GX 460. First in 2004, then 2014 and now 2018. Mr. Lyon made, what was hard for me to process at the time, a very simple process. Also, Mr. Lyon had it delivered to our hometown (great team for delivery and notarization of paperwork), 2 hours away, as I needed a car and couldn't leave our flooded home. Flood rentals are limited thus time was of the essence . A well received goody bag was included and much appreciated. Thank heavens for Tim Lyon and Johnson Lexus. Impeccable sales with Tim and wonderful service. More

For instance Say a hurricane named Florence ca If you live on the coast get ready to pay for Johnson Lexus and Toyota dealership territory dispute. For instance Say a hurricane named Florence came through and did massive damage. So much so, you can not leave your damaged home for a entire day. You had a appointment for your 20,000 warranty work the day after the hurricane which was respectfully cancelled. But Toyota won't honor the Lexus warranty work,... Your only real option is to pay $ 175 for them to drive down to pick up your car. Or maybe I should do as the service rep suggested...drive into Raleigh for the day and go shopping. With what the $ I'm paying for storm repairs. By the way a flood is not rain. Insane. I see my only other option is to sell this over alarmed piece of tin. Loved my 2003 RX 2016RX the only other option I see is to SELL IT! ANYONE NEED A LOW MILEAGE 2016 Rx bells and whistles galore... Personally, with this level of headache over a not so great car...Porsche Macan, with dealer inn Wilmington looks better every day. Thanks for the support Lexup. More
