Very helpful and friendly This was my first car buying experience. I visited a lot of dealerships over the last two months and talked to a lot of sales people. I have to say This was my first car buying experience. I visited a lot of dealerships over the last two months and talked to a lot of sales people. I have to say that the people who work at Johnson Lexus were the most friendly, helpful, and professional. I really felt like I could trust them. There was no pressure to purchase and Roy, my salesman, was very helpful—a true gentleman. The car I purchased was pre-owned and after taking it home I found a small problem. They told me to bring it in and they fixed it immediately. I’m very pleased with Johnson Lexus and would highly recommend them. More

I spoke to Salesman Dashiel Boye and explained that we would be driving 3 hours from Charlotte to preview the car. He went out of his way to look over the car to make sure there weren’t any major flaws. He had great communication with us throughout the entire process and we arrived, the car was detailed and the finance team had had all the paperwork ready to sign. They took care to make sure we knew all the features of our new car and we ultimately drove back to Charlotte with my Lexus NX! We have been very pleased with our experience and our Lexus SUV. More

Purchased my third Lexus I owned my last Lexus Rx400H for ten years . I live in Wilmington NC and because of this I had pretty much decided I would purchase another BMW from I owned my last Lexus Rx400H for ten years . I live in Wilmington NC and because of this I had pretty much decided I would purchase another BMW from a local dealership. On October 19, I was in Raleigh to attend a wedding the following day. I had a a small amount of time before having to attend the resheral dinner so I decided to go the Johnson Dealership. After arriving I was soon met by Dashiel Boyd. He was polite and knowledgeable, and answered every question I had about the NX300. I told him I did not have time for a test drive because I had a party I needed to attend. He suggested I come by the next morning and he would have a car with all my desires ready for a test drive. Dashiel's attention and determination to have a car that met everyone of my requirements, reminded me of why I had purchased my two previous Lexus.from Johnson Lexus.I drove off the lot that Saturday with my new Nx300 in time to go to the wedding I had come to Raleigh to attend! More
