I try to always get Marky Guerrero for several reasons one he does everything in his power to give us the best service always, going above and beyond! Because of the service Marky give us we now a home that owns 3 Lexus vehicles and each one is taken to Marky Guerrero. Even though we live 2 hours away and the drive can be long we enjoy most of the time to go into Raliegh, Marky sets up with a loaner and we go out and enjoy our day! Marky does everything he can to make sure we are in out and gets us everything we need while we are there! He treats us like family!! A+ service , Marky makes the Lexus brand stand out like Gold! When we said we had no way to get to dealership he sent us a driver to pick us up and take us to dealership to make sure we loved the car the RX350 we saw online. While the car we wanted was getting the accessories we requested, Moses sent us home with a loaner car,did I mention we lived 2 hours away! Moses did everything in his power to make this the most smooth process but more importantly he treated us like family he knew what we were going thru and made sure this was not a difficult process.
