I had decided that I was going to go to Charlotte an purchase my next lexus so I just came to Johnson Lexus to look at the colors but after talking Eb again I decided to get my Lexus again from Johnson Lexus and he was so nice so courteous, patient with me. He asked me questions, got to know me as a person and then we started talking about cars and he started giving me my options. He is very professional and knowledgeable he answered every question I asked him about the new RX350 Lexus. He sold me the car that was right for me and I appreciate that so much.
