Cameron has taken care of me the last two times I have been in to the dealership for service. She is the best. She has a great personality. She is very friendly kind and gets you in and out as fast as pos been in to the dealership for service. She is the best. She has a great personality. We had a schedule appointment. They told us 2 hours, but ended up being 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they charged us for services that should have been inclu They told us 2 hours, but ended up being 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they charged us for services that should have been included in our 3yr / 36K maintenance plan. Called mulitple times to get this corrected, but very hard to talk to an actual person. I finally got a call back from a service manager. They said they would look into it and call me back by end of day. Never heard from them again. Just an overall awful experience. More
Everyone was very court as caring and efficient unfortunately I could not come in and very much appreciated and them coming to my home to pick up my vehicle service and bring it back for me.
