Worst buying experience ever, I just retired for the auto business and I saw first hand how a first time buyer was treated. The first manager said " no problem I will wave all added fees" well his boss came business and I saw first hand how a first time buyer was treated. The first manager said " no problem I will wave all added fees" well his boss came out with the price and needless to say no fees were waved. I understand that business is hard so was willing to pay MSRP, which is about 2000.00 profit with holdback, plus their 800 dealer fee. Well he laughed and said he's the boss and will not honor his managers offer. Please stay away from this store, and deal with Morris Honda and deal with Chris Prager.
