We were clear with the Salesman, the General Manager, and the Credit Manager that did the paperwork that this was to be purchased by the corporation and not to be on my personal credit (other than me personally a guarantor for the loan, which wouldn’t show up on my credit report unless the corporation were t default on the loan). Of the many vehicles the business has bought, only one other company had screwed this up and we exhaustingly described exactly how it should be done to avoid this issue happening again. Everyone there said well, we would never do that to you. I would have preferred to use my Business line of auto credit with ALLY to avoid any issue, but the salesman, the manager and the credit manager all assured me this would NEVER happen with them, and convinced me to use Honda’s financing. Well today I pulled my personal credit and there it was as if I had just done a personal loan. When I called my salesman Mark Zisk, he said ‘I never said it would be that way’ conveniently forgetting how we painstakingly talked about this with him, as well as everyone else there involved in the transaction. No managers were there to talk to today, but it’s clear they will lie about whatever they can in order to get the sale in such a way that they get the most profit, regardless if its good for the customer. I truly believed Honda, who makes a quality product would be above the slimy lying stereotypical salesman thing, but so far, my experience does not offer me much hope. I’m hoping that when I arrive there tomorrow they will have the problem fixed and we can continue to bring this dealership our business and we can amend this review, but as of tonight, I would caution and advise any of my corporate friends to steer clear and deal with a dealership that will not boldface lie to you, especially when we were SO VERY CLEAR with them as to what we wanted. More

Rude and angry Service Manager I am new to the area and was investigating the dealership for servicing my 2015 Accord. While there I overheard a man in the next office getting loud I am new to the area and was investigating the dealership for servicing my 2015 Accord. While there I overheard a man in the next office getting loud with another gentleman. The gentleman was being quite courteous and was apparently there to talk about a product he was selling to dealerships. I asked the valet that had greeted me what was going on and he told me that the Service Manager (Richard King) hates salesmen. I was perplexed because I thought salesmen are what a dealership should like and respect. For the life of me I could not understand why a Manager at a beautiful looking dealership like this would be so unprofessional and rude to someone in his same industry. I decided I could not do business with someone so rude and unprofessional and I told the valet I would not be dropping off my car. The valet was very nice and apologized for the behavior I had witnessed. If this is the way Mr. King treats people in view of the public, what kind of treatment could I expect if I had any trouble? I went to the new Acura Dealership a few miles up the road and they were awesome! More
Solved our issues We bought a 2016 Pilot from Johnson. We informed Salesman & Manager that we "must" have the navigation feature.....a MUST have item for my wife. We were VERY clear. They looked at wife's phone & said "no problem, the Hondalink system works perfectly with your mobile phone. All you need do is go home, read the manual & set it up." We tried and tried and tried. My wife was really disappointed, and the Gen. Manager stepped in and worked to find us another Pilot. We paid the difference, got the model that had the features we wanted and all are happy. Johnson Honda stepped up and resolved our issues and we do indeed recommend them. More

Stay away from Johnson Honda, go to Cogin Honda, who is willing to go to bat for their customers. At Johnson the customers feel like their a burden to the sales staff. Third rate award goes to Dominick in Sales and Draggan in Finance. More

His no nonsense approach, calm, professionalism and the deal we straight forward from start to finish attitude was what won my business. The (GSM) Rob Perona, was very accommodating with the deal, as we had a trade in and (Finance)Roy Moore, made sure we received a great extended warranty and Gap. I felt very comfortable with the dealings that I made when all was said and done. That has never happened from a car dealership. I wanted to make another deal for my hubby's car but he was interested in another car and so we didn't do two. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership and with Domenic as your Salesman you won't be disappointed. It's definitely worth a look if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, Johnson Honda made me a very happy lady!! Thank you Guys!!! More
Service Dept. Poor Customer Care I am the 2nd owner of a pre-owned Odyssey. I took the van to the original purchased dealership for service. I lost count how many times George the service rep called me by the previous owners name. Even when he called me to advise the work was complete he called me by the previous owner name. Also when you schedule a service on the internet, the prices there are totally false. They website is also contracted out. They only info that gets passed down to the dealer computer is your vehicle information, the appointment date/time and what service is due according to the mileage of the vehicle. NO PRICING. You'll find that out when you're standing in from of the service rep. The sales dept. is much better than the service dept. More

From the moment we pulled in until the moment we left in a brand new 2015 Accord there was not a single problem. Scott was very casual and non confrontational in his greeting. Many dealers will help you get out of the car, he didn't. He waited for us to get out of the car and begin walking before offering to help. Upon asking we told him we were looking for an Accord V6 coupe. NEVER once did he try and steer us into another option. When it came time for pricing and numbers it was handled quickly and efficiently. Roy Moore did the financing and handled the process seamlessly. The showroom was clean, and the music was soft. We would highly recommend Johnson above other dealers in the area!!! Thanks guys, we will be back soon! More
A classic case of bait and switch. I test drove a car at Johnson's, got a price and left. I wanted to find the best deal, and return to let them have the deal. Got different prices, from different dealerships. I consistently asked to be given the Out The Door price, comparing apples to apples. Once I found the price I would accept, I went back to Johnson to see if they wanted to match the price. They were willing, still had the car that I test drove, and we agreed that it would be finalized. Got to the dealership. Looked at the car, as well as another with different extras. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE EXTRAS WERE THE SAME PRICE I HAD BEEN QUOTED: YES THEY WERE! (Sales rep says "All the cars have some extras. Pick which ones you want the most.") We agreed on the car, filled out the paperwork and was prepared to pay. That's when they informed me that the "extras" on the car were another "few hundred dollars" more. Wait! That's not what the Sales Rep said! Doesn't matter. NOT the sales rep's fault for mispricing! NOT the dealer's fault for breaking the deal! So, does that make it MY fault? Pay up or walk. I actually drove myself to COGGIN Honda in Ft. Pierce where they honored the price they had originally given me. (Less by a few bucks than Johnson's agreed upon price.) Oh, by the way, the same "extras" i was to pay more for at Johnson were included on this car. "That's just the way we do business." No stars for Johnson Honda. Five stars for Coggin Honda. More
