I am very pleased to report a positive outcome in the quest to replace the heated seat element in my F150. The part was on backorder for months, but thanks to the dedication and customer service of Liza quest to replace the heated seat element in my F150. The part was on backorder for months, but thanks to the dedication and customer service of Liza in service and the follow up attention by Joe Wilson in sales, this repair was done exactly as described in the time predicted and the outcome was perfect. I am still able to enjoy a heated driver seat on those cold mornings. Thank you Liza and Joe and all at Lucas Ford for making this happen. This is clearly a dealership that cares about its customers.
