I ordered a new F250 in late June. The truck came in in late September. The process went well with my salesman, Joe W, he was polite, professional and knowledgeable of the F250. If you are in the market for a new car, you definitely want to go here and visit Shawn! He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in the car I wanted, and helped me to stick within my want to go here and visit Shawn! He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in the car I wanted, and helped me to stick within my budget as well! Even after the purchase of the vehicle, he has done everything in his power to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. You can tell he is the sort of salesman who stands by his word and his product! The reason for the 4 star rating is that I was not advised of all of my options at time of signing (at no fault of Shawn's) so I do encourage you if shopping here to make sure you do all of your research on the financing, terms, and warranties available before sitting down to sign. Despite this small hiccup with the dealership- Shawn's professional attitude and superior, world class customer service have made a loyal customer out of me. I will certainly be back to see him for my next car! More
