I ordered my Bronco Sport Badlands in April 2021 knowing there was a production delay. From the moment I contacted the dealer till now 6 months later they have been great. My salesman Bob Burhardt was in contact with me to make sure the process went as fast as possible when it arrived on the truck and even sent a picture after it was unloaded. The customer service is great. No run around, straight up and forward with what ever is going on with your vehicle. They don't try and put things on you that you don't need and make sure that you vehicle is and forward with what ever is going on with your vehicle.
