Was able to book an appointment the same week and they were able to service my vehicle while I waited. Lucas Ford also sent me videos of the condition of the interior and exterior of my vehicle along wit were able to service my vehicle while I waited. Looking at the invoice, I did not request the cabin filter to be changed like it stated. I paid because of course I wanted my truck and I’m also in the customer service business.
