Joe Wilson is the best. Straightforward, honest, and he made me feel comfortable from the get go. I was not impressed with other vehicle and much less the service. Back to Joe and I am picking up my Edge tomorrow morning and I BET she’s gonna be beautiful!! Best car purchase experience ever! It was very expensive and the reason why I don’t get anything done at the dealership. I had to return 3 times to get my tail light replaced. I paid 200.00 for them to just look at the front seat motor a anything done at the dealership. I had to return 3 times to get my tail light replaced. I paid 200.00 for them to just look at the front seat motor and the tail light. I couldn’t get both done because it was way to expensive. I did get the tail light done. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged the 200.00 for the work if I got it done there. So, because I only got the tail light I still had to pay the 200.00 plus the work for the tail light for a total of $660. If I didn’t have to go get it done there I wouldn’t have. So, front desk staff was nice but way too expensive. More

Worst service I've had there and I will not be returning. I'm not sure if there's enough space here to write my full experience but it took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and that's very ba I'm not sure if there's enough space here to write my full experience but it took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and that's very bad. Not to mention that they never called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I called them after 3 hours and they said they were just finishing up and they'd call me. Another hour went by so I finally decide to just walk in and all 3 of them are playing on their phones. One said that they just dropped off my paperwork a few seconds ago but my dashcam says it was 47+ minutes. Apparently Facebook and TikTok must be more important so I will never be returning again. I also never received the results of my 21 point inspection. I've been here a few times for service before but that is now over. I'll find someone that actually gives a crap about people's time. More
