The left paw print all over my car and didn’t fill up one of my tires that were low. I was there for over 2 hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Absolutely terrible. My new f-150 lightning has been at the service department for over 3 weeks. I finally called on Monday to find out what could possibly be taking so My new f-150 lightning has been at the service department for over 3 weeks. I finally called on Monday to find out what could possibly be taking so long. The representative I spoke with said he would check with the mechanics and get back to me shortly. Today is Friday and still no call from them. Someone needs to learn how to communicate with the customers. This is not the first time this has happened this year. More
