No issues with work performed but the service center does not adhere to scheduled appointment times. I scheduled an online appointment for 8:15am for an oil change. I utilized the early bird drop off the night before so my car was already on premises. After not hearing from the facility by ~11:00am, I decided to call for an update. I was informed that it was just being pulled in to get worked on. The service which included tire rotation and fluid check was completed ~2 pm. More
