My last repair took over 7 days to complete. This did not include the time just to get an appointment . After getting my vehicle in it took more than two days to get the replacement part. The shop could not remove one exhaust manifold bolt so the repair was completed with missing manifold bolt which was not satisfactorily done. More
I took my vehicle in in June with transmission issues. They were not able to fix the issue The service tech, Stephon told me he’d call as soon as an update was available. I called in July and August and They were not able to fix the issue The service tech, Stephon told me he’d call as soon as an update was available. I called in July and August and was told nothing. I called in September and got a different service advisor who put me on hold for a few minutes and then told me a fix WAS available. I brought my car in and after the software update the issue was still happening so I was approved for a new transmission. But then apparently 3 techs quit the same week and I was told it couldn’t be done yet because they didn’t have the staff. At this point my car was dangerous to drive. I ended up dropping it off at the dealer and getting a loaner, and my car was fixed a little more than a week later. Liza the advisor was great but the entire experience and delays were not pleasant More
