Although I almost canceled my initial appointment due to incompetency and people changing the prices on one car numerous times, Joe was able to save the day. Simple oil change, very expensive. Other dealerships will complementary vacuum the interior & wipe the dashboard. Ford doesn't. For that price, service should be better.
