We were allowed to take her with us when we tried out the vehicles we were interested in, as well as take into the office to complete the paperwork. We certainly were not expecting that but appreciated it. When we made the decision to make the purchase Jay and Tony were very helpful in explaining our options for maintenance agreements, etc. Jay answered our questions and explained all of the accessories and technology in the Escape and set up the phone for us. He offered to answer any future questions, even if we needed to call him on his day off. We appreciated the professionalism shown without pressure to purchase. More
