I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... On August 8, 2024 we came in to the service department in need of a new tire because of hitting something on the freeway (IS77) and causing a flat. We were met by Emily Puckett with a big smile. We had a contract, through Assurant, to cover the cost, and Emily took care of everything--we mean everything. All we had to do was wait in the customer waiting room and Emily took care to the rest. Was pleased they went out of their way to fit me in when the service department was booked up for several days. I BOUGHT MY 2019 TRAX FROM THEM NEW. I USE THEM EXCLUSIVELY FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. THEY OFFERED AN EXTENDED WARRENTY POLICY, WHICH I I USE THEM EXCLUSIVELY FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. THEY OFFERED AN EXTENDED WARRENTY POLICY, WHICH I BOUGHT AFTER MY CAR REACHED OVER 60,000 MILES. RECENTLY, I NEEDED A NEW RADIATOR. BECAUSE OF THE POLICY I HAD PURCHASED, I SAVED ABOUT $1,200 IN COST OF PARTS AND LABOR. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM - BOTH FOR SALES AND SERVICE. More
