Poorest dealership ever! Made an appt and drove an hour to pay cash for a vehicle. Was told salespeople were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. We dropped off our car for a door that would not lock and an oil change. We were told it would be around an hour. We came back two hours later to see our car sitting in the parking lot. We ask if it was fini an oil change. We were told it would be around an hour. We came back two hours later to see our car sitting in the parking lot. We ask if it was finished and they told us no so we went to the waiting room. An hour later (after watching our car sit in the parking lot during most of this time) they returned to tell us it was almost finished and they could not find a problem with the door. When we got in the van and locked the doors the door would still not lock. So after 3 hours of total wait time they decided a part needed to be ordered and we should leave it overnight. Waiting 3 hours after being told it will take an hour, talking and playing instead of fixing the car, and then being told it is fixed when it is not is not good customer service. More
