Over the summer we referred 2 family member We have gotten several vehicles from Johnson Dodge, and they always tell us about their referral program. Over the summer we referred 2 family members and they gave the salesman, Tom O’Hare, our names for the referral. Well several emails later with promises that the ‘check is in the mail’ - we still haven’t gotten anything, and now he doesn’t even acknowledge our email. No more referrals from us - and we have also told everyone we know not to bother listening when they promise a ‘finders fee’ for a referral - they have no intention of paying it. More

We have bought 7 vehicles here over the years and the last few with Zack Bly, our salesperson. Zack has always been friendly, honest and given us terrific service. We were delighted to hear this time that with his promotion, he was now managing the sales floor. (Great promotion for this Dealerships leaders. Zack is a great example of what clients need). So today we worked with Tom O'Hare to finalize the transaction on our new truck. Tom is wonderful to work with as well. When you feel like you are working with trustworthy gentlemen, it makes this transaction much easier and stress free. I highly recommend Johnson Automotive Group to all my friends regardless of how far they live, because I know they will be treated right. More
So Very Disappointed! Our Jeep commander has been at Johnson since July! Delays and more delays, they were always waiting on a part. Car has a little over 100K miles on it Our Jeep commander has been at Johnson since July! Delays and more delays, they were always waiting on a part. Car has a little over 100K miles on it. Twice they told us it was fixed it was not! Finally took Service adviser for a ride, she agreed and said we needed a new transfer case. This should have been covered under our power train warranty or the 2nd Lifetime warranty that we purchased. Unfortunately it was not because we did not have the power train inspected in 2017 even though the car was in for warranty service work in 2017. Apparently the sticking point was it needed to be inspected within a 45 day window. Trying to get this resolved with Chrysler, as it is a $4400. repair. Still waiting. Still with out my car! Why is it they can remind me when I need an oil change or wiper fluid but no one ever told me I needed to bring my car back or I would void my warranty? Can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am in Johnson! More
Buyer Beware I purchased a 2016 CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Dodge Grand Caravan in May 2019 and it has been serviced 3x for a total of roughly 35 days. I have yet to drive I purchased a 2016 CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Dodge Grand Caravan in May 2019 and it has been serviced 3x for a total of roughly 35 days. I have yet to drive it for a full 30 days!!! They sold it to me with: broken air conditioner that I still don't feel confident it's fixed (was in 2x for air), broken DVD player, broken DVD compartment, tire pressure light has been on 3x (they told me they "fixed the leak" how reassuring) bad brakes and rotors, (replaced front brakes 2x? WHY I don't know and claim they replaced back brakes too) and a broken rear sliding door lock. YIPEE!!! After the first time in their shop, it was returned 10 days later because the air was still hissing and the brakes were chugging when you stop. That's when they said I would need new brake pads and brake rotors. I picked up the vehicle with ZERO gas, engine cover not secure, air filter not clamped down, air conditioning line missing its cap and power steering reservoir was not secure either. Because of that, they gave me a 2-year free oil change contract. I took advantage of that and the very next day my van shuts off at a stoplight...just shuts down. I called the dealership and Buddy tells me to "check the battery and check the oil" I should check the oil that your people just changed??? Back from vacation, I make appointment #3. 6 days later I drop it off and it's been in the shop for almost 11 days. I was told they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until "sometime next week" because the technician has an illness in the family and when I showed up the very next day, low and behold, there is my vehicle in the shop, back door completely disassembled. But I thought they weren't going to get to it until next week? I received a call 2 days later that they fixed the leak in my tire....and they are putting new brakes on the front of my car? But I thought you already replaced the front and back brakes last time??? The door is done and I can pick it up tomorrow!!! I show up "tomorrow" which is today, and Buddy tells me, sorry it's not ready?!?!!! Apparently my front brakes are "burning" and they can't figure out why?!!!!!! Do I trust these people? NO. Will I ever purchase a vehicle from them again, NEVER! Yes I called the Manager and while he did call me back he also said he would "call me back this afternoon" a second time but never did. (Don't bother) I did reach out to Chrysler to make them aware that this dealership is clearly selling CPO vehicles that really aren't. I feel completely scammed. I don't know how anyone could work for this establishment unless you enjoy lying to people. JUST WALK AWAY, don't waste your time at this place and learn from my mistake. More
