This is from an experience back in October that is now coming abroad. I had gotten a lease offer from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and went to Johnson Dodge to see about their offers as well. When I had gone coming abroad. I had gotten a lease offer from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and went to Johnson Dodge to see about their offers as well. When I had gone to Johnson Dodge I was promised “family pricing” and was guaranteed to get a better deal if I had chosen to do a lease through them (huge mistake). What was promised to me as far as my monthly payment, trade-in value, lease period AND lease contract never actually happened. The “better deal” turned into more money per month, over 50% less trade-in value on my previous vehicle, a 4 year lease instead of a 3 year, etc.. The monthly payment that was promised to be less than Franklin Sussex Auto Mall, by Lisa specifically, was actually more money and was never even brought up to me until I was ready to sign the papers in her office. What was supposed to be a 3 year lease at Franklin Sussex was actually a 4 year lease at Johnson Dodge - also never brought up to me or discussed. Both myself and the person signing with me were under the impression the entire time that I was head of the lease. It turns out that they had kept us under the impression that I was head of the lease but they actually put him as head of the lease instead to get the “better deal”. This was not discussed at all with us by the sales person OR the finance manager. The day we went to sign the paperwork I was told, by Lisa, that my new plates were not in yet but she would be sure to overnight ship them when she got them in 2 days. 4-5 weeks later, after numerous calls to Johnson dodge, my plates finally came in the mail. I felt once I left the lot with the vehicle I was no longer a concern - they got the commission and that was that. I understand life gets hectic and I’m sure things come up - but do not give someone a time frame to expect something by and then surpass it by over a month. Shame on Johnson Dodge and the finance manager for making promises that could not be kept and for not being clear with me as a client OR the other person that had signed on the vehicle. The only reason I am giving this horrible business 2 stars is because the two men I had worked with for auto insurances were beyond amazing. They explained everything, showed effort and did not promise things that never happened. The younger man who handled insurances even took his own time (not on the clock) to help me with insurance questions and concerns. They went overboard for me and for that I am greatly appreciative. I wish I could say the same for the finance manager who failed to be truthful, trustworthy, communicative and reliable. I will never return or recommend Johnson Dodge to anyone. More

Thanks to Sales Consultant Tom O'Hare, I left the dealership with a new Jeep Sahara! Many thanks to Tom who is the ultimate Sales Person and the Johnson Team who got me through the process seemingly effortlessly. Tom explained all aspects of the process and since the new model is quite different than the older one, explained the various nuances of the new automobile. Once again, Thanks Tom O'Hare and the Johnson Team!!!!! More

Bought used Nitro from Tony and Allan, both were great to work with, gotca nice car at a good price, no pressure, all good. On way home discovered the heat didn,'t work!, called that day and Tony and Allan got me set up to drop the car off, getting a loaner as I'm a distance away, so far great in all aspects, dropping it off in 2 days., if the heat is fixed it,'ll be a perfect, pleasant transaction,, will update/finalize review once service call is complete, would still recommend Tony and Allan as they' been excellent to deal with, thanx!!!! More

Never Again Brought a Used 2012 ram 2 Door Bighorn from them in 2016. This was after I bought My wife a 2015 Latitude From them. Post purchase I ran a carfax on the Vehicle and apparently it had been in an Accident which Salesman Moog did not reveal to me. Then the passenger side exhaust fell off which they patched up....a month later the drivers side fell off which they flatly refused to honor a repair on it. This is the thanks I get for being a loyal customer to Johnson Dodge. I will not be back for any service and or parts, Im going elsewhere and, Mr. Johnson I hope you are listening. Linda, the salesperson, knew that I was just there for a test drive and that I was going to buy a jeep in the next month or so. She still took her time going through the differences in the Wrangler models options and colors until I was sure which one I wanted. Three weeks later I called her and while they didn't have what I wanted on their lot, they did a search and had it there in just a couple of days. I live a good distance from the dealership so they did all of the financing through email and by the time I got there to pick up the Jeep the whole deal took about 15 minutes to complete. I have purchased a good amount of vehicles in my life and would definitely recommend Johnson for a great buying experience. Ask for Linda she is a Mopar nut and that helps you feel comfortable knowing how much she believes in the product. More
