Best dealership experience we’ve had yet! I kid you not, the entire purchase took is 2 1/2 hours, and 45 minutes of that was waiting for my insurance agent to figure out how to add a vehicle to my plan. Matt was great, the whole process was easy and painless. We kept within our budget, the truck we got is beautiful. Matt checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Normally we absolutely dread making a new purchase and have to mentally prepare for an entire day at the dealer. Next time we need to buy we know where we’ll be going. More

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, so I went in to look at a used car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final ag car, everything checked out and I told them I would be back next week to put in my down payment. They agreed and I signed a form STATING the final agreed on price and that they would hold the car for a week for me and not have it listed for sale anymore, prompting me to pay an $100 deposit for this. Everything was fine until they called me 2 days before I was supposed to go in and finalize the deal and told me the car was sold a few days ago and that they forgot to “tag” the car... First, I talked to Amy (my sales rep) TWO DAYS prior to this call to touch bases again and she said NOTHING about the car being sold. If the car was sold “a few days ago” why wouldn’t she bring it up when I talked to her literally two days ago. Secondly, when I left the dealership that day after I made the $100 deposit to hold the car, they put a sign in the car that said SOLD as I was leaving. So you’re telling me someone took off the sold sign after I left without consulting anyone and just said F*** it?? I’m 100% they got some dummy to overpay for the car, which is why they cancelled my sale and made a bs excuse, but wow. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DON’T VALUE OR CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Really really bad look. I have a lot of family and friends in the area and will be sure to tell them to steer far away from this place. More

I just left the Johnson Dodge Select car lot, and honestly, I've never had a better car buying experience. This is from an experience back in October that is now coming abroad. I had gotten a lease offer from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and went to Johnson Dodge to see about their offers as well. When I had gone coming abroad. I had gotten a lease offer from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and went to Johnson Dodge to see about their offers as well. When I had gone to Johnson Dodge I was promised “family pricing” and was guaranteed to get a better deal if I had chosen to do a lease through them (huge mistake). What was promised to me as far as my monthly payment, trade-in value, lease period AND lease contract never actually happened. The “better deal” turned into more money per month, over 50% less trade-in value on my previous vehicle, a 4 year lease instead of a 3 year, etc.. The monthly payment that was promised to be less than Franklin Sussex Auto Mall, by Lisa specifically, was actually more money and was never even brought up to me until I was ready to sign the papers in her office. What was supposed to be a 3 year lease at Franklin Sussex was actually a 4 year lease at Johnson Dodge - also never brought up to me or discussed. Both myself and the person signing with me were under the impression the entire time that I was head of the lease. It turns out that they had kept us under the impression that I was head of the lease but they actually put him as head of the lease instead to get the “better deal”. This was not discussed at all with us by the sales person OR the finance manager. The day we went to sign the paperwork I was told, by Lisa, that my new plates were not in yet but she would be sure to overnight ship them when she got them in 2 days. 4-5 weeks later, after numerous calls to Johnson dodge, my plates finally came in the mail. I felt once I left the lot with the vehicle I was no longer a concern - they got the commission and that was that. I understand life gets hectic and I’m sure things come up - but do not give someone a time frame to expect something by and then surpass it by over a month. Shame on Johnson Dodge and the finance manager for making promises that could not be kept and for not being clear with me as a client OR the other person that had signed on the vehicle. The only reason I am giving this horrible business 2 stars is because the two men I had worked with for auto insurances were beyond amazing. They explained everything, showed effort and did not promise things that never happened. The younger man who handled insurances even took his own time (not on the clock) to help me with insurance questions and concerns. They went overboard for me and for that I am greatly appreciative. I wish I could say the same for the finance manager who failed to be truthful, trustworthy, communicative and reliable. I will never return or recommend Johnson Dodge to anyone. More
