We had a couple of lights on and took our Jeep to Johnson for repair. This particular Jeep was high mileage but in excellent condition otherwise. When the problem was diagnosed. It was going to be a very expensive fix. All at the same time, my husband was going in for spine surgery, for the third time and his prognosis was life changing. Long story short. The employees and even Mr. Johnson himself pulled together to make a very stressful situation, a minor issue. I just want to say Johnson Dodge is a top notch place to do business. With in minutes Dawn Miller greeted me and had the exact replacement vehicle in mind after interviewing me. We both ventured out in the cold to see the vehicle and promptly took the 2017 Jeep Patriot out for a spin. We then came back to the dealership and before I knew it what I thought would have been impossible turned into reality. I drove out of the dealership in a 2017 Jeep Patriot and the entire customer experience too less than 3 hours. Dawn your the best, Also the finance person worked some incredible magic. I would say to any one who is in the market for a new vehicle to definitely check Johnson Dodge out first and save your self a lot of wasted time shopping elsewhere and being disappointed. More
