I reached out to Johnson Dodge in November 2017 and spoke to Carla Boundreu. She was very helpful from start to finish. Carla worked around my crazy work schedule. Carla listened to what I was looking for from options, payments, and final cost. We went over everything for about a month to get everything I was looking for. Carla tried very hard to locate the rate Ram I wanted. Carla finally located the truck I wanted in Albany NY. Carla told me that is wasn't a problem and sent Denise out to get my truck. They even had Denise deliver truck to my house. I never stepped foot in the dealership during the whole process. I did everything over the phone from start to finish!
