Something else and important for me ith my medical issues: He arranged for me to get a coutesy car home so that I wouldn't have toe wait at the dealership. This worked out well since the repairs were so extensive as they required additional days to complete. I have always been impressed by this dealersip in sales, service and parts. I thank them for all that they do but especially Zak. More

Very professional , took my truck in and had it out in about a half hour . Very neat no complaints till they told me my emergency brake needs to be adjusted. $1000 just to adjust it , that’s crazy. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism I experienced tonight at Johnson Dodge. I drove an hour and 15 minutes due to an email that I received from my salesman stating my lease is up in 3 months and they tonight at Johnson Dodge. I drove an hour and 15 minutes due to an email that I received from my salesman stating my lease is up in 3 months and they want my car for preowned vehicles. The email stated even if I didn't want to buy or lease another car they still needed my car. In the email it asked me if I was available Saturday or if during the week was better. I responded to the email and made an appointment, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time to find out the email was an automated message that was sent to me. They stated there is nothing they can do for me at this time. I told them they need to honor this because I just drove an hour and 15 mins in my vehicle and my fiancé followed me in his. They told me no they can't. We have leased multiple vehicles from them but I will return my vehicle in two months when the lease is done and I will not be doing business with Johnson Dodge any further. More
