Got service for an oil change and tire rotation. The young lady who took care of me was super polite and helpful. Please save yourself your time and money. Do not go. I went there originally to fix my air conditioning. After almost a week there I got it back and within two days my check engine came on. Do not go. I went there originally to fix my air conditioning. After almost a week there I got it back and within two days my check engine came on. I had them fixed it. I paid. Besides in the shop yet almost another week there. 10 miles out my check engine light came on . I called to tell them they would not rectify the issue that they did clearly NOT FIX. They had the nerve to tell me a need a carbon cleaning at a 400 dollar charge to me and look it over again. Management did not care that the service I got was less than par or care to fix the situation. My jeep has 38,000 miles and dealership oil changes ( at another dealership)at the recommended time. Now I have to go to another dealership to pay and fix the problem they didn't but happy to take my money with issue not fixed or asked to fix it again. The jeep community is very tight and we watch out for others and do right to others. Just thought I'd share! More
