Most honest dealer in Johnson City I have owned a total of 27 vehicles and Johnson City Toyota has by far exceeded any other experience that I've had purchasing a vehicle. I recently p I have owned a total of 27 vehicles and Johnson City Toyota has by far exceeded any other experience that I've had purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. When I test drove the car I noticed it was out of line and asked the dealership if they could check it. Sure enough they checked it and had the car aligned. They also scrubbed the car, cleaned inside and out and waxed it as well as filled it up with gas. I received a year of free oil changes and I could not be happier with the excellent deal that they gave me. I won't name any names of other dealerships in the area but I have also recently purchased another used car several months ago and the experience was quite different. The Honda dealership in Johnson City sold me a used Honda pick up truck and they claim they did a 160 point inspection. One week later I broke down on the interstate from something that supposedly was checked before I purchased. Upon getting the truck towed by a garage, they diagnosed the truck with something that has been tearing up over time. This matters because I feel like the Honda dealership was not honest in the 160 point inspection process. The general manager of the used car dealership at JC Toyota even came over and introduced himself to me and told me that if I ever need anything at all to give him a call. My sales person was excellent, very knowledgeable about the Lexus and very patient. The next time I'm in the market for a used car I will definitely Go to JC Toyota first. They sale all makes of used cars and I was surprised to find the car I was looking for on a used Toyota lot but they have huge variety. Try here first if you want an honest dealership that will treat you fairly while offering great selection. More
