Funny no where did I say how long the issues were. It is you who is responsible for leaving the window down and letting my car sit for weeks and then pretending for weeks to fix the issue. I kept telling you if you would not do it right then let me know. You all also have no insurance and said I had to file on my own but then you would not really answer their questions. It was you all who would not give me my car back and you already know that I have contacted Toyota at 1-800-331-4331 many times about your dealership and it's lacking of honesty and customer service. It is also you all who made false claims on repairs and inspections. And you already know that Toyota said that you all are your own franchise and they can not make you take care of your customer issues. It was also you all who tore up my warranty card that was sent in the mail saying that my car was not apart of the recall as well as you all giving the wrong information. And as I said I will let everyone know about how awful most of you all are. And as I was told also by someone in your company, they would do the same had they had so many bad experiences. Amazing that you don't have any class or principle when it comes to the safety of your consumers as well making right to mistakes that you all have made and making the customer pay for your lack of honesty and neglect.
