AMAZING Dealership I went in and didn't have a clue to what would be good for me and my life style it didn't take long before my sales partner was on the track to what I went in and didn't have a clue to what would be good for me and my life style it didn't take long before my sales partner was on the track to what suited me best. Customer service addressed my concerns well! I have been a loyal customer since moving to Johnson City 3 years ago. The regular services I receive are oil changes, basic maintenance and this year I have been a loyal customer since moving to Johnson City 3 years ago. The regular services I receive are oil changes, basic maintenance and this year, new tires. I had a tire (6 months old) that was losing air. The first time I had it looked at during an oil change, I was told nothing was wrong. The second time I took it in because it continued to lose air - a month later - I was told that it was a nail hole in a place on the tire that could not be patched (they even drew me a diagram), and that I would need to purchase a new tire. Fortunately for me, I was traveling to GA the next day, and the only place in the area that had my particular tire in stock was Jan Davis Tire Store in Asheville, NC. When they removed my tire to inspect the damage, they recommended a patch Instead of spending $250+ for a new tire, I spent $20 for a patch. Update 8/26/17: After posting my review, Jeff C. at Johnson City Toyota reached out to me to explain their stance on patching tires in certain areas for safety reasons. They very graciously offered to replace my patched tire with a brand new tire free of charge. I admire how they handled the situation, and am thankful for a new tire for my vehicle. I would recommend reaching out to customer service with any concerns at this dealership, because they were very helpful. More
