Beware We live in another state and found a vehicle that we were looking for on CarGurus and are willing to make the trip. We were told over text messages that we were instantly approved for financing. We make the trip to the dealership and meet with the financing agent. He asks us two questions about how we feel about the appearance of our vehicles. Little did we know that they added these packages to our loan and it was never mentioned when the guy went over the paperwork with us. We only needed to finance $6000 and by the time the vehicle is paid for we will be paying $19000+. The packages that were added to our loan include stipulations like return to the dealership where you purchased the vehicle. AND it has been two months since we made the purchase and we still haven’t received a registration for the vehicle to legalize in our State. More

My salesman today was professional, friendly, informed, and he made sure he did everything to make this a stress free purchase.. I was having a car serviced and told them I was interested in checking on trade in value. Quickly I recieved a call from my salesman, Dominic Farmer. He asked what I might be intetested in, got trade in quote and had all info ready by the time I stopped by, on my luch hour. I test drove my choice back to work. I returned after my work day was complete. Mr. Farmer, and the team, made sure I was given a great deal. He already had paperwork in process and made sure I was well taken care of.. The actual negotiating of the price and then doing all the purchasing paperwork was time consuming. All the add ons, such as coatings and cover wrap, protections for this and that can become overwhelming however. It was a pleasure dealing the Financial Officer, Aaron, but again the amount of information and decisions to be made can be too much too fast!! More
