Absolutely no follow through Went to look at a used Ford Taurus SHO. Listed online, but it wasn't at dealership. Was at Ford getting recalls done. Salesman said he'll have it ready with my name on it next morning so no one would look at it but me. Went in the next morning, wasn't even back from Ford dealer. NO PHONE CALL - so waste of my time. Inconsiderate. Monday morning I call, someone already bought it. Salesman knew I wanted to look at it. No follow through. No work for my business. No phone call at all saying, hey, just got the car back from Ford, come take a look at it. Now, gone. Worthless. Waste of time and hopes. Sales manager said he'll make it up to me...we'll see. More
