Brian Myers is amazing. I called about needing tires and he prepared several estimates for me. When I told him I preferred Michelin he gave me a fantastic price, ordered the tires and got them in that day a he prepared several estimates for me. When I got there I asked if they could replace my rear brakes and do my oil change. He said "Let's check and see if it is time for the oil change". I had 500 miles to go and he said I could wait on it if I preferred and I told him to please go ahead. He prepared a quote for me on the total so I would know what my estimated bill would be. Most dealerships would just have done it for the money but Johnson City Toyota truly cares about their clients. He even pulled the coupons off to give me the discount for my brakes and oil change because I had left mine at home not thinking they could get me in so quickly. Afterwards he reviewed my invoice as well to see if I had any questions. If you want great service and to deal with people who truly care buy a Toyota from Johnson City Toyota and be treated like family. Brian Meyers is a great asset to the company. More
