We were working on the phone and email with this dealership to purchase a 2024 4Runner TRD Pro. After a few days of back and forth we had a price of around $59K out the door. Right after that final quote, we received a call from the "sales manager" stating they could not sell the vehicle for the amount we were quoted. They tacked at $5k market adjustment onto the price. Nope. I am all for free market, but you are being greedy and I'm certain someone will think that is a good deal, but not me. I will never do business with a dealership that does this, especially after working with them to get to the price we were comfortable with. More
