Very poor customer service We were interested in buying a used Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership . We dealt with LM and NP as the sales consultant. We were scheduled to see We were interested in buying a used Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership . We dealt with LM and NP as the sales consultant. We were scheduled to see and drive a used 4Runner that had been traded into the dealership and had committed to them that we will proceed with the deal once we drove the car. After having called multiple times to the concerned salesman , we received the call that the car had " been sold" behind our backs over a weekend when it had supposedly not even made it to the lot. It's very disappointing to know that these used car salesmen are so not trustworthy and lack thorough professionalism. Dr M. More

Experience of a life time I'm really sick and tired of writing nice reviews and giving this dealership the benefit of a doubt because now, thinking since the 2016 Jeep patriot I'm really sick and tired of writing nice reviews and giving this dealership the benefit of a doubt because now, thinking since the 2016 Jeep patriot was returned and the deal was cancelled(due to them selling it to me with no AC unit ), that they would have not put a hold on my bank account for the down payment... I finally got in touch with the finance department (that was with me calling them back, due to the whole leaving a message thing not working with anyone in sales or finance it seems) Now I have to pay for their mistake literally.I you need anything taken care of I suppose you just have to show up their or not deal with them at all. . I've been way to nice and patient and clearly that gets you no where with Johnson City Used Toyota... I am letting everyone know my story. I feel bad for the ones their that actually do there job because the ones that don't make the whole place look pretty bad. More

Great service! I was running into problems at two other dealerships.
