What has impressed me the most, however, and has set JC Toyota, and our sales team apart from any other purchase I have made has been the follow-up assistance. I live in Va, which requires a front plate. Our salesman, Matt, worked with me to come at my convenience and install a bracket. The whole team has been exceptional through the whole process. I had been to a couple of car lots and the salesmen were very pushy and even tried to sell me vehicles I wasn't looking for. Right down to telling me that the color (diaper green) "would grow on me after time!" I went to see Logan McDavid, and told him what I was looking for. He didn't show me the "tiny" cars, the "diaper green" cars, etc. He showed me ones that I may be interested in. He was very polite! Very helpful! Answered all my questions! ( sometimes more than once!) He never got frustrated with me and definitely NEVER tried to push a vehilce on me that I was not interested in just to try and make a sale. He worked hard with me! And he never left me stranded.. He stayed with me until I was completely satisfied. I would recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to go to Johnson City Toyota and asking for Logan McDavid!
