He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all our questions. Went above and beyond keeping us informed when and where our vehicle would be delivered. Highly recommend Moses. I purchased a used Toyota Sienna here, and while the vehicle itself is fine, the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. My salesperson, Van Redstone, communicated poorly throughou vehicle itself is fine, the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. My salesperson, Van Redstone, communicated poorly throughout the process. After signing the papers, I was told the van would be ready in two days, but it ended up taking more than a week. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates, and even when I arrived for pickup, several promised repairs were incomplete. I spoke with the sales manager, Koree Deeb, who acknowledged the dealership’s mistakes and offered 1% cash back as compensation. I appreciated that gesture, but it still took nearly two months and multiple emails (including escalations to upper management) before I finally received the check. To make matters worse, the seat leather repair was done last minute - the technician left overspray on the seat belt. The “before” photos listed on the website show the seat belt was clean prior to this repair. The lack of communication and follow-through made this a stressful and frustrating experience. Koree eventually made an effort to resolve things, but overall, the dealership needs to improve accountability, transparency, and quality control in both communication and repair work. More
I co-signed for a vehicle but never visited the dealership, spoke with staff, or met any representative in person before signing. Instead, the car was delivered to my home in New Jersey, and paperw dealership, spoke with staff, or met any representative in person before signing. Instead, the car was delivered to my home in New Jersey, and paperwork was presented at my door by two individuals whose authority I could not verify. When I was later given full documents, I noticed several concerning issues: unfamiliar addresses, misspellings of another buyer’s name, and other discrepancies. I have contacted Johnson City Toyota and Toyota Financial repeatedly since July. The only response I received was a referral to Hudson Automotive Group’s legal office, with no meaningful attempt to assist me or resolve my concerns. I am deeply disheartened by what has happened. As a single mother already navigating a domestic violence situation, I never imagined that consumer protections could fall short in this way. Being placed in this position has created significant stress, and I am sharing my story so that no one else has to experience the same. It is heartbreaking that safeguards exist to protect families, yet I am still left carrying these consequences. I will continue speaking out so others can be aware and hopefully spared from this hardship. If it were not for my ex-husband — a newly disabled U.S. veteran — carefully reviewing the paperwork with me, I may never have realized these problems existed. The fact that this has affected not only me, but also my child and a veteran who had to step in to help, makes it even more painful. To see multiple inconsistencies in documents while no meaningful action has been taken has left me profoundly disappointed. I am sharing this because I believe even if it saves one person from going through the same situation, it is worth it. More

Friendliest folks I have encountered of late and I can't Thank them enough. Austin was cool as heck and so were the other guys I encountered. Should have got their names as well. My bad. Highest recommendation! More

It's amazing that in this century they can still find people with "KEYSTONE COP" on their resume. Seriously, what a confused, messed up place. From a phone system that rings and rings and rings, to waiti people with "KEYSTONE COP" on their resume. Seriously, what a confused, messed up place. From a phone system that rings and rings and rings, to waiting 2 months for a title which took numerous phone calls to get going, to making an appointment to see a car that had been driven at length by someone else (4K+ more miles than advertised and left trashy inside and dirty outside), to having charges that weren't agreed to put on the sales contract. Just really watch all charges and be prepared for frustrations. People are friendly enough but the systems in place make it a hot mess or perhaps that's intentional. More
Waited two months for tag. Went to dealership and tag not there. Gave me the run around. Told me if I got pulled over on expired tag they would let me go. Told me tag would be Went to dealership and tag not there. Gave me the run around. Told me if I got pulled over on expired tag they would let me go. Told me tag would be at front desk the next day. It was not. Told me DMV was running behind which has nothing to do with registering. I finally was sent to business that did the registration for them. The registration showed it being registered the same day It was supposed to be at dealership, which was two months later. Took the vehicle.in for oil change and low tire pressure. Low tire light still on next day. puddle of oil in my and my sister in laws driveway. WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. More
