Great to do business with We bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Johnson City Honda including extended warranty. The buying processing went smooth. We were pleased We bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Johnson City Honda including extended warranty. The buying processing went smooth. We were pleased with the new car and service. But on the next day we decided to cancel the extended warranty. Although the refund processing took a bit longer than I expected and also had some misunderstanding during the refund processing. But Carrie Silvis from Johnson City Honda Dealer did reach out and resolved the issue. So I am pleased with the service. By the way, this is the second car I bought from this dealer, I recommend others to buy car and use its service. More
