Carlos Daniels was a great service advisor. He priced the services I wanted over the phone, and there were no problems when I got to the dealership for the service. Johnson City Honda has a large waitin the services I wanted over the phone, and there were no problems when I got to the dealership for the service. Johnson City Honda has a large waiting area that customers can use while waiting for their car to be serviced. It was no problem to socially distance ourselves while waiting for the service to be done. The car was ready before the promised time, and I was on my way a happy customer. I plan to return the next time I need service on my Honda Accord. More

This dealership makes service a breeze. Gets you in and out quickly at a reasonable cost. All the employees are very polite. We went in on a Monday to trade in and see about purchasing a Odyssey. I had submitted an online application which had checked my credit report twice (which should have been my first red flag when t purchasing a Odyssey. I had submitted an online application which had checked my credit report twice (which should have been my first red flag when they tried to tell me it was a soft pull and they would have to do it again.....side note those were not soft pulls I have confirmed this with transunion) anyway......so they pull my credit again....my fault I should have walked out instead of allowing them to do this. They offer me a fair interest rate even though it is more than my current rate that I have on my 2019 vehicle that I purchased without a co-signer (this will come into play later). I sign my paper work and am on my way. No mention of any kind of issue and everything appeared to be fine. Thursday I get a call that the bank is asking for a co-signer or I will have to return the vehicle. I know I have heard of this happening to people that purchase on nights or weekends past bank hours. I immediately call my loan officer at the bank I bank with. She has me to pull up my credit monitoring and starts telling me the shady things they have done and there it is all before my eyes. She says “take the car back and come see me in 30 to 60 days when all of that has grouped into one and we’ll get you financed but not at that dealership and I am going to try and talk you out of a Honda as well”. She also assured me that since this was a Monday during normal hours they knew what they had done to my credit and that there was going to be an issue but they were banking on me loving the car so much after keeping it a few days to meet their terms. They also would not come down on the price of the vehicle despite Honda in Morristown advertising a $4000 lower price on the vehicle. Also would not honor internet pricing. I just wanted the bigger car for my family....but turns out I didn’t want it that much. I bought my last car without a co-signer and recently purchased a brand new home that is still being built without a co-signer and I won’t start now. They ran my credit 10 times in all. Posted the screen shots of those in my Facebook review. If you must go here get financing before ever stepping on the property and expect to pay window sticker price. They also offered me more than $1000 less for my trade than Honda Morristown. Morristown just didn’t have the vehicle color selection on the lot I was looking for. Also, when I got off work (I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts 6:45am to 7:15pm if all goes well) I called my salesman to let him know I was coming. The dealership closes at 9 he tried to tell me the office closes at 8 and I would have to come the next day. He had also made sure to tell me “well we are open until 9” earlier in the day when I told him I may have to come the next day due to my work schedule. I made sure to let him know my trade-in was still my vehicle and I was on my way and he better call who he needs to to make that happen. I also was not keeping their car over night and risking any damage to it....another tip my loan officer gave was to take pictures of the vehicle before returning and take a witness with me so they could not attempt to get money from me by saying I damaged their vehicle. My car was setting there ready for me when we arrived about 45 minutes later so I guess that was a plus. Thanks Sean Behne and Trevor in finance for wasting my day and screwing my credit for the next 30-60 days. More
I bought two new cars from this dealership: 2019 and 2021. Very good experience both times dealing with Ken Flanary and most recently with Jason Garrett. Very professional.
