Very overpriced vehicles, refuse to deal and offer nothing on your trade. Salespeople are fine but the finance department and sales management are pathetic. They make you feel cheap and stupid. We have been there twice now to buy a car, financing ready and both times their finance and sales management treated us like we were nothing. Never again!!! The finance people and sales management never talk to you they just keep sending out the salesperson. The cars are totally overpriced and we got a great deal with wonderful and courteous service at Johnson City Toyota. More

I have a maintenance plan bought with the car. On previous occasions, they tried to sell me totally unnecessary things such as change the brake fluid at 20K miles.
