The owner is a good guy, but he really needs to take a deep look into his management team. They are only there for you until the sell is complete. After that, you are own your own. They will make excuses after excuses not to own up to their own mistakes and mishandling of a situation until you are so mad. The general manager will even hang up on you. This coming from someone who has bought multiple cars from this deal ship. Never again though not until the owner fixes the culture of his management there. I will not tell people to go there either like I have time and time again. More
