Was immediately welcomed when pulling into the bay. Carlos was my service representative. Paperwork had already been started when I walked up to his desk. Had water and snacks available if desired. Carlos kept me informed on the status of my vehicle several times during my wait. Was fully informed of what had been done to my vehicle and recommendations for next visit. Was very pleased overall with the care given. More
