Lee Lee is the absolute best. Almost 4 years ago when my husband passed away my credit was awful and I was upside down with two car payments. Lee Lee with respect told me there was nothing he could do. This time I went in pre approved for a loan. After being told by another dealership that there was nothing they could do I went to see Lee Lee he spent the time listened to want I wanted. I left my trade in with him after looking at a couple they just didn’t wow me and went to lunch with my daughter. As we were leaving the restaurant I got a text from Lee Lee he found me a car in my budget. When we went for a test drive my daughter wouldn’t sit up front I was shaking so bad. Lee Lee found my dream car. My trade in was my late husband’s car and it was time to move on to MY car. I was giving him a hard time that it had push button start and I didn’t want that. Now I love it. The other dealership called me today and had a couple cars for me to look at I took great pride in saying I bought a car the same day that they couldn’t help me and yes I did say Johnson city Honda came through for me More
Excellent service and communication Cleanliness in all customer area's and nice touch with all the complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting. Even though the visit was due to recall issue, it still customer area's and nice touch with all the complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting. Even though the visit was due to recall issue, it still was a great experience. The only thing that I could suggest is , even though the part number that was in question/recall was on the bill and that there was no cost $ in that column. There was no real verbiage saying they actually replaced a bad part. I assumed by the part number being on the list and no $ next to it in the cost line , that they had changed it and I had already gotten in car , viewed the service receipt and did not think to question it.. So I believed it should say PART CHANGED somewhere on the receipt. because there was verbiage somewhere that it is possible that a part could or could not be changed out that a service tech would check part recalled to determine whether to change or not.
